Clubs have kick-started again at Mulberry with over 35 different options for students to choose from. Clubs range from chess to football to Anime, and even a new KPOP dance club run by the students themselves. There are an abundance of clubs promoting pupil voice including Debate Mate and the student Magazine. A new project will be starting soon called ‘Trapped in Zone One’ with 15 students in KS3 involved in a youth program designed to increase students’ understanding and perception of mental health. It will involve art and sports sessions aimed at instilling confidence and encouraging creativity. We are extremely excited to recruit for this program and know that this is one for students not to miss. Students have attended a launch event in central London and will receive both face to face and virtual mentoring from professionals working in these areas.
