Head of Computing

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and inspirational Head of Computing who has the skills and vision to lead and develop this key department. This full-time position is for a person who has a relevant degree and qualified teacher status. S/he will be an ambitious and energetic subject specialist who has the drive and commitment to build on the success we already have and promote innovation through STEM subjects.

Attendance and Welfare officer

We are seeking to appoint an exceptional and highly motivated Attendance and Welfare Officer. This role will be assisted by our Pastoral teams and will report to the Designated Safeguarding Lead / Assistant Headteacher.  You will be accountable for all aspects of attendance across the assigned key stage. Collaborating with Pastoral teams to ensure clear and robust systems are in place to both incentivise good attendance whilst challenging poor attendance through legal and other methods and strategies

This is an opportunity to be a role model in all attendance procedures, supporting the day-to-day operations of the attendance team and taking an active part in ensuring that students arrive to school on time and ready to learn every day

You will challenge individual students whose attendance is below the national average, forming strong links with the parents and carers of students with persistent absence

Casual Exam Invigilator

We are seeking to appoint casual exam Invigilators to join our team in supporting pupil’s during exam periods. Invigilators create the conditions for our students to perform at their very best in their exams.  The invigilator’s role is highly regulated and training will be provided.
