Congratulations to Mulberry School for Girls students who were invited to Downing Street to meet the Prime Minister. The students were invited to talk about the work they have been doing to take action on climate change. Students in Year 8 spoke to the PM about their views on the issue and how they have been taking action through extracurricular opportunities in school, including the school eco-club. The Prime Minister spoke to students about the role of the UK in the COP26 discussions and commended them for their work on this issue. Students looked at home in Downing Street and we look forward to the day that one of our former students is back as Prime Minister themselves!
